Comprehensive Game Plan For The Top Player
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic - Top Game Gi by John Danaher
This instructional together with bottom game one will be enough to build a quite comprehensive game plan that will allow one to win competitions at least in blue belt masters divisions. It definitely worked for me.

a really good addition to the series
Good for solo drill
The Shadow Boxing Masterclass by Ben Savva
Always good to have such videos to shadow boxing alone, specially because I work on cruise ships so I can keep my workout with those instructional videos.
Guard Retention
Guard Retention: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
As with all of professor Danaher's videos, the information is presented in an easy to understand format, a ton of techniques and more importantly principles that go far beyond the techniques presented. I love the cerebral approach to training and learning. John Danaher is what he is portrayed to be the best jiu-jitsu instructor in the world. Get any of his instructional you won't be disappointed.
Highly Recommend
The Front Headlock System by John Danaher
Being able to effectively attack the head keeps people from just keeping their structure tight and never extending limbs. This series teaches you how to systematically attack and submit or control from the head. An essential part of a complete game.

no gi butterfly guard Adam W.
The No Gi Butterfly Guard Rediscovered by Adam Wardzinski
Great info and details. Adam W. breaks moves down in specific detail to understand. my only suggestion is when showing a move the 2nd or 3rd time change the angle to the camera. sometimes he is talking about details with the foot but you can't see what he is doing with the foot.
