Details to add power to your control game
Lung Ride System by Liam Resnekov
I just finished watching and practicing this instructional over the last week. I'm still relatively new, just hitting my 3 year mark, but have already felt the impact of the details Liam teaches. It was amazing to feel someone 80lbs heavier than me wheeze when I was able to find the right spot for the wedge in side control. You will definitely need to feel out the proper positioning of the wedge with all of these positions, but once you get it you can feel it. Excited to practice and implement this more into my game. Like Liam mentions, make sure you and your partner are ok in rolling with intensity, because it absolutely sucks getting crushed. You may make some enemies otherwise. Thanks for the instructional!
Lung ride system
Lung Ride System by Liam Resnekov
Unique content, a good fit for my style of Jiu Jitsu.
Effective yet neglected
Championship Catch Wrestling: The Head and Arm Ride by Josh Barnett
I was excited to get this download. I had a pretty good understanding of this technique from previous training and teachers, but Josh's instruction goes a bit deeper. Little nuances here and there can make a huge difference. I was reminded of making sure my rides are active and my feet need to be positioned accurately to ensure the head and arm ride is effective. I love this series.
Perhaps Offense is the Most Efficient Defense
Aggressive Bottom Side & Side Butterfly Guard by Kent Peters
Kent has a different take than the usual escapes from bad positions. He advises to go for submissions in inferior spots. When your opponent tries to defend, he gives up the escape. This can be easier than wrestling up, forcing an under hook, or scrambling back to open guard.
good
Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones

Leg Breaker Love Maker
Leglocks: Enter The System by John Danaher

RNCs from anywhere
The Fastest Way: To Increase Your Submission Percentage (No Gi) by John Danaher
If you can see the back, you can take the back, and if you can take the back, you can finish with an RNC. That's basically the main message of this instructional, delivered through the Danaher style that we all know and love. Out of all the Danaher instructionals, this might be the easiest to actually implement into your game- it's still effectively a doctoral dissertation on the finer points of BJJ, but this is an excellent starting point for those who are new to Danaher stuff. Would highly recommend for anyone.
Not just for wrestling up
This is overall a very good instructional. I personally found the title to be a little misleading, as this instructional is much more about building an open guard game that incorporates wrestle ups rather than just focusing on them specifically. As someone who plays a lot of single leg X, I found a lot of unexpected useful details that I've had good results with. Would highly recommend if no gi open guard is a big part of your game.
As good as it gets
Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones
This is one of the flat-out best instructionals in BJJ, period. Completely revolutionizes the top position, and an absolute must-watch for anyone who intends to compete in no-gi or MMA. The only caveat is that some of the material requires a solid preexisting basis of positional understanding for best results- (i.e. when to pursue these techniques as opposed to more traditional scoring positions), but for blue belt and up, this instructional is a game-changer.
