Guard Retention: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
My guard retention went through the roof one day at my gym, and has been getting the attention of the purple and brown belts in my gym. At first I thought this instructional was too repetitive, and didn't offer much actual instruction, but about halfway through it it's conceptual approach proved crazy affective. It's essential.

Weight Training For Grappling by Michael Israetel
This instruction was great, it goes through an identifies your needs as a grappler how you can build a plan to strengthen those particular skills or muscle groups that will improve your skills as well as identifying a very basic plan to build on. This is no fly-by-night instructional. This is a put together plan by a gentleman that has his doctorate in physical science 10 out of 10 would recommend.
