Mastering The Fundamentals of Double Kettlebells by Steven Cotter
I've been a big fan of Steve Cotter for a long time due to his status among Kettlebell enthusiasts. I was pleased to recently find out that he's a BJJ brown belt and has put out several downloads on here. As someone who often rolls with guys half my age and who seems to never be able to roll light I notice that my strength explosive power often makes the difference between winning and losing. Kettlebell training has been a big part of my life for sometime and really compliments my BJJ game. I usually train primarily with a single KB so really need to get better with double KBs so this download is perfect.

As someone who often rolls with guys half my age and who seems to never be able to roll light I'm noticing aches and pains seem to be a way of life. I just wish I had known this stuff when I was younger.
