If you want to learn to throw people,This is the way!!!
It has good self defence combinations.
It is good quality explanation. And the teacher shows different angles that's good. Maybe it needs to explain the technique of the punches and kicks a little more. This video teaches self defence combinations. The user needs to watch some other video to understand how to punch without hurting wrists.

Exactly what it claims
The title says so much without saying anything. Very cool to see Craig do something so specifically MMA focused as opposed to BJJ. Can't wait for B-Team to drag their balls all over the UFC's walls.

Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones
A theory/conceptual instructional that is presented well. This video will highlight a different thought process to jiu-jitsu especially if you don't have exposure/interest into wrestling. I have enjoyed implementing parts of this video the past several months. This video won't show you exactly how to end up in these positions but should encourage you to approach top in a different manner.

Top level details
The Reverse De La Riva System by Mikey Musumeci
This is a short but extremely effective instructional on RLDR. Just the first 15 minutes of the instructional, dealing with setting up appropriate frames and prioritizing frames over the RDLR hook, was worth the cost of admission. If you watch this instructional, you will feel very comfortable in the RDLR position and will be able to threaten sweeps, back takes, and submissions. I am a bigger guy (215 lb) and I am now easily hitting Kiss of the Dragon inversions to the back because Mikey explains how to make the near leg weightless.
Up your game

This program has a great focus on strength , mobility and movement which are often neglected things . 10 out of 10 recommend
