Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great Information, But Difficult To See Sometimes
The Lockdown Blueprint by Tom DeBlass
The information in this instructional is great and Tom does an awesome job explaining the lock down. The only issue I had was with some of the demos Tom's legs are face away from the camera and it's difficult to see what he's doing while he's explaining the foot work. It took me a little longer to understand what was going on than if he would have had his feet pointed to the camera. Other than that issue, it was a ton of great information.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Fundamental Closed Guard. All You Really Need.
The Closed Guard Compendium by Matt Thornton
Matt Thornton and his instructors at SBG are the best. If you don't want complex counter-for-counter sequences to remember, this stuff is golden. They reduce the complex to the fundamental and demonstrate what you really need to know. This not only saves time in learning the closed guard, it will actually make you better.

At the end of each sequence he shows the techniques in moderat speed up to full speed pace. You will find a lot of sweeps and back takes! The submission attacks are focussing on arm locks and chokes by using the gi and forearm. In the overhook submission sequence there is also a triangle choke involved.
