No Gi Takedowns Made Easy by Rick Hawn
Rick Hawn shows all the relevant take downs in the most simplest forms. As the topic of take down is so vast, he pin points the essentials to get yourself going. I would recommend this as a begineer course to get started but still has a lot of advanced stuff in it.

The Guard Passing Anthology: Half Guard by Lachlan Giles
Besides maybe Lachlan’s bodylock pass instructional, this is the only instructional you need on guard passing. Lachlan has structured this instructional so incredibly well. The amount of the information is astounding. My passing has gotten so much better from just studying this instructional. Highly recommended.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:The Best Video on the Clinch
The Pillars Clinch and Takedowns by Stephen Whittier
If you don't want a long list of counter vs counter instructional that branches out into infinity, these products by SBG are golden. Whittier gives us the most simple and fundamental ways to clinch and go into takedowns. Furthermore, I learned a very important philosophical lesson. Common takedowns like single and double legs are not fundamental. Why? They require too much athleticism. If you want something that's just always going to work, no matter what your age or fitness level, then clinching should be your first step to the takedown. I thank the instructor for teaching me this.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Mind-blowing Exercises And Drills
The Budokon Mobility System by Cameron Shayne and Xande Ribeiro
For me as an older athlete this instructional is very good. The exercises let me move more fluidly on the mats and the mobility exercises are helping me not getting stiff. So I got a benefit for my bjj and also for my health. That's why I can highly recommend this one.

New Wave Jiu Jitsu: A New Philosophy Of Submissions Escapes by John Danaher
Of course we expect so much out of prof. Danaher’s courses. This one is no exception. The leg lock course is amazing with not just escapes, but submission details as well. In addition, it had something I was looking for namely Prof. Danaher’s views on 50/50 - something I was curious about. I didn’t know he was going to go into it so deep on this video.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:One of My Favorite Courses on Defense
How to Defend Against Everyone by Chris Paines
I'm a huge fan of Priit Mihkelson and his student black belt, Chris Paines. Although Priit is the originator of these ideas and deserves all the credit, I have to say that Chris is easier to understand due to his teaching style (and having less of a language barrier). This approach to defense is unique. Instead of defending bad positions after you've already been placed in a bad position, why not simply get your opponent out of your space before he can do anything to you? Enter this video and the postures that keep you safe. It's a very good video and I enjoyed watching it.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Gui's Longstep Pass
Understanding The Distance On Top by Gui Mendes
A great through instruction packed with details on passing the modern guard. Gui's longstep pass is mesmerising to watch. While everything flows seamlessly, there is a lot to digest, sometimes I find myself getting lost or looking for a detail within the long chapters of the video. Otherwise, an amazing product for blue belts and above.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Chris is Hilarious
How to Defend Against Everyone by Chris Paines
Chris has the charisma of a TED talk speaker, he really gets his point out there and has a talent for making the information stick. The only other instructors that come to mind are Rener Gracie, and Rob Biernacki. Fantastic and easy to understand, I started teaching Chris' concepts to my tiny white belt student (she's only 105lbs), and after a week I could hardly catch her (I really have to try). I tried the same concepts myself and my survival got better almost instantaneously. Definitely recommend for all levels.
