Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Professor John Danaher did another outstading job of categorizing and stystematizing the whole escaping system of jiu jitsu lead by overall concepts. First he is explaining how effective pins work and what they have to have to work properly. Then he shows an step by step manual in terms of how you should regain the dominance over your own head, limbs and body in terms of reversing, disconnecting or reconnectiong and engaging on your own terms. He highlights all necessary movements and points out all important mechanical details which make it eventually possible to reverse or escape. The greatest benefit for me beside all this given facts was the insight into how to connect properly on one edge to be ale to disconnect on another to increase mechanical force and eventually hit the move. AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE FOR EVERY JIU JITSU PRACTITIONER!!!
