Breaking Rhythm by Margot Ciccarelli
There are a lot of technique instructionals out there, but few instructors who try to capture the conceptual skills that actually make somebody good at BJJ. You need something like this in your library, particularly if you're trying to establish what jiu jitsu really is. Margot is an excellent teacher in that regard.

The Frosty Leg Lock System by Quentin Leahy
I must say that this and Leahys ankle video together really made me understand leg lockin finishing so much more. Some of the details i didn't see before. Its precise - to the point and good examples that you can use to develop your own transition ideas . After seeing - i really saw clearly why it didn't it work efficiently before and i adjusted my training with the tips and points made in the video. i have much more control now over the sparring - partners foot/ leg and less effort to make the submission work. Step by step - just follow the video - train as showed - and you will improve for sure. Thanks a lot for good work and sharing the knowledge and experience.
