Great!
Master The Move: The Butterfly Guard Sweep Sumi Gaeshi by John Danaher
I’m a wrestler starting to learn jiu jitsu this has been a huge help!
quick concepts: Leg Lock Lightening by Gary Tonon
Quick Concepts: Leg Lock Lightning by Garry Tonon
Very Good, really good compliment to Gary's previous more comprehensive Leg Lock instructional. More advanced moves well explained and demonstrated. Particularly enjoyed the bak taking aspect of the escapes and counter move. Also found the shorter more concise format easier to engage with,
Great instructional immediately useful
Z-Guard Destruction by Victor Silverio
Really detailed and useful I have already used details from this in my game.
Deep half domination
Half Guard Domination 2.0 by Tom DeBlass
Love Tom’s approach, great for any half guard player and this time in the gi.
Game Changer
Movement Is Medicine - Mobility Training by Jared Welman
I’ve recently been frustrated with hip and lower back discomfort following both rolls and conditioning work. The assessment that this course provided helped me identify specific areas where my mobility is most limited and the routine has helped me start addressing mobility issues. Shortly after starting to execute this routine as a daily practice I’m noticing better mobility and reduced discomfort after hard workouts.
Arm Bar It All
Arm Bar It All by Shawn Melanson

Master the Move: Toreando Guard Pass by John Danaher
Very Good usual high standard. Shows interrelating passing methods such as misdirectional throw by's, leg drags and knee cuts also North South passing defences and attacks. Also some forms of passing under the guard. Really informative and enjoyable watch
Smash First, Ask Questions Later
Polish Power Smash Passing by Adam Wardzinski
A fantastic pressure-passing system built around controlling the legs, collapsing the guard, and relentlessly driving forward. Wardziński’s approach to half guard, knee shield, butterfly, and SLX is technical without relying on explosive athleticism. Excellent instructional for anyone looking to develop a heavy, systematic top game and make their opponent carry their weight.
Move Better, Roll Longer
Movement Is Medicine - Mobility Training by Jared Welman
A practical mobility instructional designed specifically with grapplers in mind. Welman covers flexibility, stability, and full-body mobility, with targeted work for the hips, spine, shoulders, knees, neck, wrists, and ankles. The follow-along routines make it easy to actually put the material into practice. Excellent for BJJ players who want to move better, recover smarter, and keep training for the long haul.
Age Is Just Another Advantage
BJJ Old Man Style by Rick Ellis
A refreshingly practical instructional built around efficiency rather than athleticism. Ellis shows how to use positioning, pressure, timing, and interconnected systems to frustrate younger, stronger opponents without trying to match their speed. Excellent material for anyone who wants a sustainable, intelligent BJJ game that will hold up as they age.
Build the Wall, Then Break Through It
Passing the Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
A fantastic instructional for understanding the why behind guard passing, not just memorizing techniques. Danaher lays out the fundamentals of posture, distance, pressure, and passing strategy in his typically detailed style. It can be dense, but the concepts are incredibly valuable for building a reliable passing game. Essential viewing for anyone looking to become a better passer.
I'd eat Craig Jones if I could
The Fight Dietician by Craig Jones and Jordan Sullivan
A surprisingly practical instructional that goes beyond basic “eat more protein” advice. Craig Jones and Jordan Sullivan break down how to fuel training, manage weight, and optimize nutrition specifically for grapplers. It’s straightforward, entertaining, and packed with information you can actually apply. Highly recommended for anyone serious about BJJ performance and making weight.
Clamp Guard Engineering
Clamp Guard Engineering by Adam Wardzinski
Fantastic explanations and demonstrations. His introductions to techniques are especially helpful- he covers a lot of when and why he's used the position to either transition to a submission or sweep.
Comprehensive and immediately useful
High Percentage Submissions by Bernardo Faria
Unbelievable instructional I have already used the scarf choke and started implementing the idea of exhausting all options from positions that don't pose a risk
Effective with great details
Arm Bar It All by Shawn Melanson
Great instructional with some very interesting and creative entries into arm bars. Really enjoyed picking a few to focus on. I've already started to hit 1 or 2 of the moves regularly in training. In particular the turning arm bar off the rau drag from 3/4 guard. People just don't see it coming.
Great Course
The Road To Blue Belt by Travis Lutter
I learned a few things that I was doing wrong. Great course.
Great video!
Truck The World by Geo Martinez
This video really helped me to improve my game. Especially with entries to the position.

Octopus Guard 2.0 by Craig Jones
Really helped me leveling up my Guard play. Had a lot of success with taking the back lately.
Lots of variations
The Complete North South Choke by Marcelo Garcia
I found this a little repetitive at first, but as I went to work on the choke, I noticed a lot of the details that were being shown from different situations. I was able to get this to work on higher belts as long as I could get them to drop their guard a bit.
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic Bundle
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic Bundle by John Danaher
Easily the best instructional going around I believe.
GO FURTHER FASTER
Go Further Faster Bundle by John Danaher
I had a great overall experience with this item. It works exactly as expected, and the quality is excellent. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Well Worth It !!!
Closed Guard for Dummies by Rodrigo Antunes
The first thing he says when you buy the video is that this is a white belt level instructional. To which I thought "****, waste of my time." I watched it anyways and boy was I wrong! He provides many hidden details that other instructors either don't know or gloss over. These details make the difference between so many basic submissions and sweeps working or or not working. Ones that I thought I just wasn't good at or not strong enough to pull off against a stronger or experienced opponent. I am super glad I bought this!
Great Escape

Gracie Fundamentals: Guard Passing - Dealing With Flexible Guards by Rayron Gracie
This approach helps with all guards, including the half guard
Of course 5 stars
Ultimate Back Attacks and Escapes Bundle by Gordon Ryan
Always amazing from Gordon Ryan. I like how technical this one is. If you want a more high level basics one I’d go with Danaher, but if you want more control based and details this is it. I’d get both.
Learning a Lot
Guard Passing Essentials by Marcelo Garcia
I'm really enjoying the content on BJJ Fanatics so far! Have been focusing on guard passing and applying pressure in preparation for my next few tournaments. I was able to apply some of the principles and fundamentals I've learned in my last tournament for the win! Looking forward to learning more.
Underhooks in Gi
Killer Clinch From Underhook Gi Wrestling For BJJ by Greg Nelson
Excellent details
Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.
Drill for Skill Chest to Chest Pin Escapes by Placido Santos
Excellent explanation of every technique; not overly complicated, and not overly simplified. It's just right. Easy to follow and implement. The Skill Acquisition section is also helpful for revisiting the techniques covered in the Instruction section, cementing them in memory, and seeing students form the habits taught and struggle along the way, as I myself do when learning new techniques. I also greatly appreciate the Good News of the Good News section--also very well presented. Thank you, Placido, for sharing your jiu jitsu knowledge and the Good News!
Mr
Become A Minister Of Pain (Mean Jiu Jitsu) by Rory Macdonald
This is a really good instructional for those that want that pressure game. I've been eyeing this since it was released and was happy to catch it on sale. Definitely worthy to be in be in your collection, some of the moves are really mean and can't be used in sparring unless it's mma. So if you're mma focused, you need this in your collection
