Limber Grappling: Stretching For Health and Better BJJ by Andrew Wiltse
This is a 10/10, not only does it have all the stretching exercises, but Andrew also walks you through the whole process and tells you how to stretch, how often, where you should be feeling the "stretching" on each position... amazing. Plus, I must say I have noticed improvements in just two weeks by applying it on a daily basis (almost), especially in my guard retention. Planning to be using the content on this instructional quite frequently.
