Great series of videos. Its very detailed and will improve anyones game who is willing to put the time into learning the techniques and principles. It can be kinda lengthy and at times repetitive but that's ultimately because John leaves no stone unturned and makes sure you understand the lesson from the beginner phases to the more advanced applications of a move. He also refines and cleans up some of the more known techniques to add more of an edge to your game.
