Sloppy Title, Great Techniques
Sloppy Seconds: Countering The Outside Passer by Eoghan O' Flanagan
Eoghan’s level of techniques will definitely expand your game. He has a different style of instruction that is very direct and to the point. Do yourself a great service and pick this up to stop your partners from being able to pass your guard and force them to make mistakes!

The Mechanics Of No-Gi Chokes by Jordan Preisinger
This is helpful in locking in the little details. Could use a little more time on each technique. It seemed like examples were not demo'd enough to my liking but may be enough for most folks

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Broadened My Perspective. A Very Good Video.
Catch Double Wrist Lock AKA Kimura by Harry Smith
This isn't my favorite instructional on the kimura lock. But it's still really good. Harry Smith doesn't go into the nitty gritty technical details of how to finish the lock in the same way that Danaher, Avellan, or Melanson do it. However, this shortcoming is also a strength of this video. By avoiding too much technical detail, Smith saves time to talk about possibilities. He shows some really interesting possibilities on how, where, and when to snag the kimura lock. It definitely broadened my perspective and I appreciated the video.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Learn the Most Effective Workout Techniques I've Ever Experienced
Kettlebell StrongFirst by Pavel Tsatsouline
I started with Pavel's "Simple and Sinister" program and moved over to the "Quick and the Dead". So I've been doing kettlebell swings, turkish get ups, and power push ups for about 4 years. It's by far the most efficient and effective workout I've ever done. By focusing on my fast twitch muscle fibers (which are the first to go as we age), I went from being 37 years old back to feeling like I was 25. This happened after I'd already been lifting weights for 2 years, and weights didn't bring back my athleticism at all compared to kettlebells. The video will not show you these programs such as "Simple and Sinister". However, it will show you how to do the movements correctly. I tried to learn this by reading the directions in the books. And I wish I'd bought a video instructional instead. I was doing this wrong for 4 years! Don't get me wrong, it still worked while I did it wrong. But it could have been even better. This instructional video will show you how to perform several of Pavel's workout techniques correctly along with the breathing. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get into kettlebells. But I would also recommend to buy the "Simple and Sinister" ebook on Amazon to learn about the best routine to get started.

Footwork Passing vs The seated Guard by Isaac Doederlein
This instructional is really complementary to the "Footwork Passing vs the Seated Guard". I highly recommend watching that one first because of the foundations section which I watched many times to understand the rest. The grips are different but it is still a torreando. Supine guard required the staple grip while Seated guard requires the steering wheel grip (pants & cross collar grip). While I do not want to spoil anything, these passes still serve a purpose in the torreando family of passing guard and creating passing opportunities. Isaac's concepts in these instructionals is a great way to learn to bypass some guards encountered and making the torreando great again!
