Hit Them With The Earth by Nick Heflin
One of the best-value products on BJJFanatics in terms of quality content to price tag. Keeps everything simple and to the point while providing an excellent system for upper-body wrestling attacks- would especially recommend for those who didn't wrestle in high school and want to start learning the stand-up game, as these techniques generally require less athleticism than traditional shooting and leave you less vulnerable to counters in a BJJ context (guillotines, etc.)
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:inovative insights! i find it

Kimura Domination by Tom DeBlass
Excellent overview of both the kimura itself from many different positions and of how to use kimuras and the threat of them to open up additional attack opportunities. If you're looking for one relatively concise instructional to build a submission game around, this would be a good choice.

Muay Thai Fundamentals by Rafael Cordeiro
Overall, this is the best video series I've seen on Muay Thai fundamentals. Cordeiro does an excellent job of balancing technique and the explanations behind it, would highly recommend for anyone at the beginner-intermediate level of MT.

the Kimura Scheme by Clark Gracie
One of the best instructional videos out there. Clark is a fantastic teacher and breaks down many Kimura set ups, finishes and other variations in this video. Would be very beneficial for a beginner but also an advanced player can gain a lot of knowledge from Clark in this one. Highly recommend.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Excellent Instructor
Black Hole Back Attacks by Josh Cisneros
Josh is an excellent instructor. I have attended some of his classes and seminars and I always learn a lot. He breaks down a lot of the techniques that he has been hitting in competition recently in this video. It will give you another arsenal in your attacks.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Short and to the point
The Triangle Machine by Craig Jones
Doesn't cover a ton of material, but that's to be expected for a half-hour course. Feels like a "greatest hits" instructional where Craig decided to boil down everything from his longer triangle series into a few main takeaways. Still very useful for lower belts who don't need or want a million variations.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Effective encyclopedia
Foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by Bernardo Faria
This is not so much a "course" as an encyclopedia- because of its nature, Bernardo spends most of the time going over the fundamentals of a very wide variety of different positions, attacks, etc. I wouldn't necessarily recommend watching this from start to finish, but I've really enjoyed using it to review the material that I go over in any given class on the mats.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:10/10
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
New to BJJ? Then, this is a must-have introduction to the art... Haven't got muscle memory yet? It's heuristic approach is definitely more useful than any other method. I reckon it must be the most useful instructional video for us newbies. Definitely recommended.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Must watch for Greco fans
Clinch Wrestling Basics by Pat Smith
This is a must-watch for anyone who wants to start incorporating Greco-Roman techniques into their game. Especially useful for those who didn't wrestle in high school and so consequently are less comfortable with traditional shooting and the high amount of training/ athleticism required to develop a good shot- Greco-style techniques are generally faster to learn and a bit easier on the body.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great details
Sweep The World by Leonardo Saggioro
Really useful half guard game details
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Packed
Ultimate Flowchart by Joel Bouhey
Packed with great flows input
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Short, High-Rep Workouts
The Perfect Lifting Workout by Nick Rodriguez
I like seeing behind the scenes on what top grapplers do to up their game off the mats, so I really liked this video. I appreciated his emphasis on how you can squeeze an intense workout into 30 minutes, and his emphasis on high reps (similar in that way to Gordon Ryan’s protocol) which is different than traditional weightlifting advice. As a middle-aged participant with some aches from decades from weightlifting, wrestling, boxing, etc, I’d say that this is a program mainly for young folks. His squats to the bench, and lunges that touch the knee to the floor are not for me… but there are are obvious adjustment that still make the main point applicable. His closing comments on ‘overtraining not being real’ made me roll my eyes a bit and think ‘just wait until you’re my age’ ;) Overall, definitely worth watching.
Top Quality Instructional
International Upper Body Offense by Valentin Kalika
Another excellent instructional from Valentin Kalika, a lot of useful details I haven't seen anywhere else about the upper body positions. The setups and chain wrestling shown are very high level but still explained well enough to implement at any level. I hope more dvds by Valentin Kalilka are coming in the future
