The Straight Armlock Anthology by Lachlan Giles
Super detailed and useful. I never though I'd be an armlock guy but it's great to follow this material and to my surprise I'm already feeling more capable of finishing armbars.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:the blackout hybrid pin and cradle system
The Blackout Hybrid Pin and Cradle System by David Petrone
Excellent series. Really gives a great perspective on using the cradle to counter many of the usual things that you encounter when your opponent is trying to recover guard and also gives you nice attacks to use against the butterfly guard. If you are a jiujitsu practitioner that uses the truck this video will show you some extra finishes and ways to get into it. I couldn't recommend this series more as it really gives some great ways to counter the shrimp, etc.... Really great.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Instant improvement

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Learn to walk before you run
The Encyclopedia of Modern Mace Lifting Volume 1 by Greg Walsh
If you follow Greg and Wolf Brigade, it should be of no surprise that this video is quality instruction from start to finish. I’ve been swinging hammers, clubs and maces for awhile, but the tweaks in form and build up diagnostic exercises helped me learn that I still wasn’t doing it right. Highly recommend.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:J.C.
The Closed Guard Compendium by Matt Thornton
You cannot go wrong with the SBG Tribe Leader! You learn more in the little "asides" than most instructional video offer in their entire content. The catch, you need to pay attention, practice, and apply! There are no tricks, no three-knuckle earlobe submission guaranteed to submit any opponent. However, you will see improvement in your closed guard and BJJ.

The Half Guard Anthology by Lachlan Giles
I've tried several instructors and Lachlan may be my favorite. Doesn't go into the depth of Danaher but still has some important tips that Danaher left out. Also covers a wider range of approaches and does well at balancing depth and getting to the point.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::fire:Love this!
Classic Striking Fitness Workouts by Milan Costich
I really enjoy following along to these boxing based workouts, i's a nice fun way of improving cardio endurance, overall fitness and the instructors also give some really nice pointers to improve your boxing aswell, so you are killing two birds with one stone. Plus you can go as hard or as easy as you need to with this workouts. To get the most out of this I would recommend to at least having access to a heavy bag, or some type of free standing heavy bag or *****. Other optional pieces of equipment that you can get without breaking the bank is a short agility ladder and something firm about knee height or slightly taller that you can sit on like a bench or a plastic step stool and some boxing pads if you have a partner, they also show some box jumps but they give an alternative without having to own a jump box because that can get expensive. If you have a mirror it's great addition to your shadow boxing not only for this workouts but in general it's great to shadow box with a mirror but thats just my personal suggestion. So yeah, if you have a heavy bag or something like that I would get this video because it's really great follow along boxing workouts, plus you can do them with a partner aswell.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::fire:Great instructional!
Counters From Everywhere by Frederico Silva
Professor Silva does a great job of explaining the techniques here as well as showing everything from various angles to make sure that you really understand what's going on. You can tell that he's good at actually teaching Jiu-Jitsu as well as doing it himself. From my limited experience, the list of techniques he's showing are in response to ones that happen a lot (I mean the first entire section is dedicated to single-leg takedowns), and the counters themselves are realistic ones that you don't need to be a gifted athlete to perform. I'm enjoying my purchase so two thumbs up.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Excellent quality and value
Guard Passing Beyond The Basics by Thomas Lisboa

Half Guard Passing and Dynamic Pins: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Another thorough, well thought out instructional from Danaher. Always felt weak in half guard but this material will certainly help. John has a way of simplifying the complex, even with all of the minute details that he covers.

Complete course on the straight armlock with many ways to get to the submission. Highly interesting.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Clever posture
Back Escapes: Introducing The Hidden Posture by Priit Mihkelson
I’ve used this posture as my go to back defence for about 6 months now with good success. I still have a lot to learn on this instructional but against anybody at my size and level this has enabled me to quickly go from back mount into half guard whilst confusing my opponents as they stumble for a RNC that’s not there.
Oss
Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher
Great stuff to work on during these lockdowns!
Arm Drags Beyond the Basics by Thomas Lisboa
Arm Drags Beyond The Basics by Thomas Lisboa
I got a lot out of this instructional, just the right amount of material taught in a progressive manner. If you have some experience you can take these concepts and expand them to your game. Very detailed and effective technique. I highly recommend it.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Brilliant as usual
Passing the Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Danaher lays out a lot of material in an easy to digest, hierarchical game plan to improve your BJJ. Even if your passing is solid this video will help to refine it.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Structured material for mount
Mastering The Mount by Matt Thornton
I had actually never heard of Matt before giving this video a shot. I'm really glad I did. He lays out a very structured approach to learn every aspect of the mount position.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Pritt is doing something totally
Protecting & Generating Dynamic Offense From The Turtle by Priit Mihkelson
Pritt is doing something totally different than everyone else right now. His defensive bjj is amazing and he gives so much information in this video. If you are a turtle guard player, this is a must for strengthing your game!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Easily one of my favorite
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: No Gi Half Guard 3 Directions of Attack by John Danaher
Easily one of my favorite instructionals by Danaher, but I am a half guard player, so am partial. A lot of great concepts as well as techniques if you want to create or strengthen a competent No-gi half guard game.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great system
The Straight Armlock Anthology by Lachlan Giles
Great work
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:A great guard to revisit
The Roger Gracie Closed Guard System by Roger Gracie
I remember starting out with this guard 8 years ago. Now I revisited it with this instructional and Im glad I did it. I feel that there is certain positions that has the potential to be a near guaranteed "win/tap" over your opponent if you have enough depths of knowledge of it. For me its the Kesa gatame and I feel that studying this DVD has made me more aware of the closed guards depths. Its a very aggressive guard where you can attack with submissions and sweeps and your opponents main goal is to escape.. A certain level of "safe position to attack from" in a way maybe. I look at it in a more aggressive than defensive perspective now.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:TAC KRAV MAGA EDGED WEAPON DEFENSE
Tac Krav Maga: Edge Weapon defense Tactics by Daniel Longoria
Lots of great instruction and attention to detail. Knowledgeable instructor with real life applications experience. You won't be disappointed with this.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Another vital work
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: A New Philosophy Of Positional Escapes by John Danaher
The body triangle escapes are worth the price of admission. John Danaher’s explanation of pinning theory are helpful for me.as well
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great Instructor and Content
The Armlock Obsession by Dave Camarillo
Dave is a great instructor and this video highlights why he is still in demand. Tons of information and details in a systematic, intelligent approach.

The Turtle Guard Revisited by Eduardo Telles
Nice technic
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Delivers on the promise....
The Pendejo Guard by Craig Jones
Craig Jones is a great instructor who really understands the importance of details in his teaching. Great instructional.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great "foundation"
The Roger Gracie Side Control System by Roger Gracie
After having studied this I have become aware of several submissions that was right in front of med but I did not recognize or use. I have also realized the connection of using the kimura in combinations like when when taking the mount. and also more aware to hunt for the mount and back-take from side-control.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:RUN, don't walk, and get this course now!
The Ultimate Takedown Series Volume 1: Gripping & Kuzushi by Travis Stevens
I'm an older practitioner who will not pull guard, this was a much needed resource to learn about the stand up aspect of grappling. Travis is a wonderful teacher.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:TMNT
Tactical Turtle by Neil Melanson
The turtle is starting to feel better, I used to just fall into it as a last resort - now I attack from it. Big difference :call_me_hand:
Great system, not just random techniques
Systematically Attacking The Guard by Gordon Ryan
Was hesitant at first to spend this much on an instructional, but glad I did. Obviously Gordon's stuff is next level, but was still surprised on how well this instructional was put together. Great details, extremely well organized and does a great job building on material throughout the video.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Wrist locks
Wrist Lock The World: No Gi by Pete Letsos
I found this material very informative. As an older person in the art, learning wristlocks can be very beneficial and effective, specially in making your opponent tap for the unexpected or make them change their mind during your rolls. Great material.
