He shows E transition on how they float to the neck where they go with openings are created with openings can be created. If you’re somebody currently studying Boxing or Mma or Muay Thai this will be perfect for you to add to your system and you’ll see how suddenly your eyes are open like never before
Best DVD to build solid fundamentals
Foundations of MMA Striking Curriculum by Charles Martinez
As my title says, it’s the best you can get to four solid fundamentals E drill has continual progressions that build on the next one so that you never feel like they’re completely separated. You can add them pause them put them into practice add some sparring to them and still be able to keep up. The coach is very great at giving you detailed instructions and explain to you piece by piece so you understand what happens when things work right? What happens when things work wrong?
Perfect add to any judo player
Tactics of Struggle In The Stance by Ivan Vasylchuk
This is the best DVD for anybody who wants to add more to their jiu-jitsu game. Somebody you can see the connections with judo, but with the mindset of a wrestler to force people into the position you want and create rose where previous you might’ve thought they weren’t throws.

Great Guard Passing
Master the Move: Toreando Guard Pass by John Danaher
Overall great instructional i super recommend this even if you have fundamentals down. I think what separates this from other passing videos is that you recap a bit of fundamentals and add onto it compared to just oh your here you want to do this with the how did you get there. I paired this up with John’s side control and how to get better at standing and let me say it’s the best purchase I’ve done.

Awesome
the Hand Fight
Nicky Rod's Slay the Hand Fight: Offensive and & Counter Offensive Hand Fighting by Nick Rodriguez
I picked up Nicky Rod's Slay the Hand Fight because I needed a more direct approach to standup, and this definitely delivered. The material isn't complicated or packed with fluff. Nick gets straight to the point, showing clear grips, snaps, and ties that make sense. The best part is how easy the techniques are to apply. I didn't have to drill them for weeks to get the hang of the mechanics. I was able to instantly implement the offensive and counter-offensive setups during live rounds against other brown belts at the gym. It just works. If you want a no-nonsense guide to winning the hand fight, this is a good pickup.
Love it
Systematically Attacking the Turtle Position by Gordon Ryan
Gives you a good awareness in the position. Easy to practice on a grappling ***** which is nice
So much wisdom here.
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic Bundle by John Danaher
