I'm 95% a danaher instructional guy bc I like the long format. but this is probably the best collection of moves like this that I've found. this stuff will tie together your whole top game. I started using some of the upper body grips and went from people complimenting my guard after rounds to now almost everyone says something my top pressure and transitions.

Fantastic instructional by the king. He covers most forms of guard retention and has great insight specifically on half guard retention. This really changed my game. Open guard retention is something difficult to learn since it is such a dynamic position but Gordan does a great job explaining the details.
