Top notch instruction
Damage Control Defense and Crackdown Offense by Johnni DiJulius
Not only are the techniques great, but Johnni has a genuine gift for explanation- his instruction is clear, concise, and enthusiastic. Really appreciated his systematic breakdown of the crackdown fundamentals, great stuff!
Intense
Aggressive Dumps and High Pace Offense by Austin DeSanto
Great instructional, Austin not only demonstrated the techniques but showed/simulated the movements and intensity he uses to get to those techniques in a match, he was very active during his instruction, which I found helpful for getting a feel for how technique is applied in a live scenario- his passing for wrestling comes through well in his instruction, thank you!
Great building blocks
Gold Medal Underhook Attacks by Joe Warren
Loved the instructional, especially the early chapters on stance/posture and pummeling, the fundamentals have paid immediate dividends on my game, thank you!
Smooth movements
Russian Grappling Hacks by Rustam Chsiev
Great instructional, Rustam has a precision and fluidity to his style and it comes through well via his instruction, wonderful techniques that translate well to nogi grappling, and the misdirection double he shows on this instructional is a thing of beauty- bravo!
Great insights
Greco Wrestling Skills For Folk & Freestyle by Joe Rau
Loved this instructional, lots of good concepts and insights from Greco that translate to other grappling styles... As a BJJ practitioner, you get such a cross-section of grappling styles and I found it helpful to see how Greco-specific approaches can augment those styles. The section on 2-on-1/Russian grip control alone has made a huge difference in my game, loved this!
Excellent Material

This curriculum is fantastic. I grew up wrestling and while there are many parallels for takedowns, that blasted gi changes things quite a bit. Danaher not only provides you moves to hit but a method to execute them. That’s why this is the best curriculum you can buy.
