No Gi Chokes From Everywhere by Miko Hytonen
With the caveat that everything takes practice, Miko shows each step of the way - good practical techniques.
Game plan for getting dominant position
How To Tap Higher Belts: The Secrets To Getting Good At Grappling Fast by Jay Rodriguez
This instructional emphasis how to get into better positions. You learn some high percentage takedowns. How to get out of bottom position, attack from turtles, and some decent passes. All of this is great for people who have a solid BJJ base but want some techniques to amplify their game. It's very digestible as well which makes it a quick instructional to apply.
Geo Bear Trap

Comprehensive Resource for Triangles

Mind blowing experiencing
No-Gi Judo Throws by Shintaro Higashi
I crapped myself by the end of the first chapter, really!
Must-See
Mount Dominance by Brandon McCaghren
Excellent & very thorough exploration of taking, maintaining & exploiting mount. Didn't even make it to the 3rd chapter before I started noticing a difference in how I play mount. Even had my coach nodding in approval at some of my technique. So far this will be my go-to for nogi mount play when I need/want a refresher. I'll keep my eyes open for more instructionals from B-Mac.

The Complete Wrestling Riding System: Volume 1 by Hudson Taylor
This DVD is really detailed, which isn´t so usual for wrestling ones as it goes into such depth. The techniques are completely applicable to MMA and BJJ as well as quite a few for judo. I really liked the explanations and the way the techniques were organised. Highly recommended.

Must Watch!!!
Gracie Tampa South Intro BJJ Curriculum by Matt Arroyo
As someone who’s been training jiu-jitsu for over four years, I thought I had a solid grasp on the fundamentals. But watching this video has been a game-changer for me. It’s incredible how much I’ve learned in such a short time—things I didn’t even realize I was missing. The way it breaks down both gi and no-gi grappling concepts is outstanding, covering submissions, takedowns, and defense in a way that’s clear and easy to follow. If you’re looking to sharpen your fundamentals or gain a deeper understanding of jiu-jitsu, I can’t recommend this video enough. It’s a must-watch!

30 Days of Mobility: A 5 Minute Daily Routine by Jared Welman
This was a great video, I'm an older guy and have a growing list of longer term aches and pains, and loosing flexibility which has been hurting my BJJ. This is a great way to do a little bit every day small impact over time has made a really big difference. This is a very practical video 5-10 mins a day to build up. Also great for parents. My sons watched me doing this and joined in so now we have a routine watching together.
Very good stand-up instructional
The Pillars Clinch and Takedowns by Stephen Whittier
Very good stand-up instructional. I come from judo and had very little experience on how to do things no gi. This DVD helped me greatly to understand how to do thing without the gi, what are the grips you get, how to control opponent with what you have. I greatly recommend it.
Improve your game with Bernardo
Side Control Setups & Submissions by Bernardo Faria
Easy to understand and execute techniques that will improve your game from the moment you achieve sidemount.
Another Winner From the Best
The Snap Guard by Neil Melanson
You'll never go wrong with Neil's unconventional approach to grappling. The man is too humble to consider himself a grappling genius but he is. I always get immediate takeaways from his material. Even if it's a particular technique that may not suit my game or body type, he'll always deliver conceptual gems you can bring to the mat. Snap Guard is another winner--I'd recommend it to anyone, but particularly players of butterfly or butterfly 1/2 looking to expand their horizons.
Systematically make them **** their pants
The Front Headlock System by John Danaher

Collar sleeve passing
Precision Collar and Sleeve Guard Passing by Lucas Lepri
Great tips for dismantling open guards like collar sleeve
Mechanics of No-Gi Chokes
The Mechanics Of No-Gi Chokes by Jordan Preisinger
That exactly what the title says. Jordan take some of the most commons and high percentage chokes and explains thorougly and in details how they work, why, how to use the hand, but often the details are found in how you use the rest of your body to make those choke effective. The patterns shown through this instructional helped me also to correct other chokes, as it is no one particular choke that must be understood but the general principales that can be apply everywhere and Jordan do a good job to make the student understand those.
Great for controlling opponent
The Nelson Family: Catch Wrestling Nelson Holds by Jake Shannon
Great instructional to learn how to control a body. Very good revision on how and where to go with the nelson. Some finishes maybe be a little hard in a jj class.
