The Progressive System: Canto Choke Mastery by Flavio Canto
There aren’t loads of techniques bundled into one course like some others but for the variations that are included Flavio goes into lots of detail and drills and it runs very much like you’re in a private class. This is a great instructional and I’m already having success with the canto choke and it will definitely form part of my game going forwards.

White Belt Defense Vol 2. by Joel Bouhey
I own a lot of side control escapes videos. Still, I feel like I learned a lot from this instructional. It primarily focuses on guard retention and guard recovery. Most of my other videos focus on reversals. I like this one even more that the first white belt escapes video Joel did. It was pretty good too. I recommend it.

Arm Bars From A-Z by Andressa Cintra
It is what it says on the tin, an A to Z journey through the world of arm bars beginning with a helpful 30 minute primer shedding a lot of light actually on key concepts and subtle nuances involved in the technique. Although mrs/miss/ms Cintra is not a native english speaker she does an excellent job of explaining in a clear and concise manner not just the nuts and bolts of each variation but also what is going on in the nooks, crannies and dark corners as well, its not one of those where you are left desperately throwing your head this way and that, stretching your neck like Reed Richards from the Fantastic 4 trying to see round corners wondering what the **** has happened there. I've got no problem at all with giving this 5 stars. Excellent tutorial.
