Interplay Between High Step and Body Lock Passing by Nicky Ryan
Was looking for a way to increase my passing game. While I have loved watching body lock styles typically I have seen this reserved for larger stronger players. I felt that this series really broke down the concepts in a way that I could immediately start adding it to my game. Nicky is an absolute monster on the mats but I believe he is also one of the best teachers. Definitely worth the investment, can’t wait to keep repping these techniques.
