go-to back attack sequence
Turtle & Back Attacks Bundle by Gordon Ryan
got to see it in person in a seminar and get to re-live it as much as I want in the back attack series. it is so systematic it's almost flawless! my go-to in any live roll, I hunt for the back position, if I am able to get it, it's just a matter of time...

KATCH is a catch
The K.A.T.C.H. Leg Attack System by Dean Lister
Dean lays out his leglock system that incorporates kneebars, ankle locks, toe holds, compression holds, and heel hooks. His ability to imply the system as a whole while giving enough detail to execute the submissions that comprise it is just awesome. He is very thorough in explanations without going overboard and distracting from the big picture. A great watch with concepts that I'll be using to incorporate leglocks into my game.

Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older and Less Athletic - Bottom game: Gi by John Danaher
Comprehensive system for us old guys/gals. Highly detailed breakdowns from many angles, each element leading into the other. While I've watched the full video, there is so much detail, one has to zero in and really pay attention and take notes. However, the results are fantastic. I'm 52, will be 53 in less than 4 months. The guys in the gym I used to absolutely dread rolling, I am now able to leverage the info in this video to great effect, including getting to submissions multiple times per round, which is great getting the tap from these guys who used to dominate me. We all want to get better and going up against younger, stronger, more athletic opponents used to be a huge nightmare for me, but now, the tables have turned. If you are an older guy or less athletic, I highly recommend this and it's sister video 'Top Game Gi'. I've only applied about 5% to my rolling, because I'm a slow learner and yet my results are over 500%! I really can't say enough good about this video.
