Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Side Control Escapes made work!
Fundamentals of Side Control Escapes by Pedro Sauer
Side control escapes are one the hardest tasks to get done. In particular when your opponent forces the pin over all other techniques or even stalls. Furthermore how to prevent his gripping Read more about review stating Absolute Masterpiece by Pedro Sauerand pinning progress and resent and how to use it to escape or even counter directly via submissions is taught in a way which is easy to remember and that makes the techniques applicable for me. Nicky Ryan's Wrestle Up Series by Nicky Ryan
Nicky is a talented teacher. He created a great compendulum about wrestling up! Answering what to do seated vs standing when they want to engage and what to do if not. The seated vs kneeling is basically diveded into underhook and overhook series. He also shows when to use single legs, double legs and judo throws. He delivers a follow up for every possible reaction. Must Have!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Kimura Logic
KImura system which first focuses on the perfect set up grips in detail. Then it offers a 4 steps finishing mechanics system to tap out opponents of any level of flexibility. Furthermore he shows how to set up and finish the kimura against any level of resisrance. Grip breaking mechanics of different arm positions/defense grips are covered. What is really unique is how to attack the kimura inside the closed guard. Harry's explanaitions are very clear and simplified. He gives you planty of angles and zoom screens where you can catch all the important details.
