Fast Track BJJ: Jiu-Jitsu for Old Guys Pressure Passing System by Bernardo Faria
Older guy here, but not great at guard passing, and I feel that I should be better. I managed to watch all of this in one sitting and not need to stop constantly to try to comprehend what’s going on. Section 2 was the section I got the most out of because I always do the work and then lose the pass due to ‘what if’s’. This is the first video I have watched in entirety due to time, and my inability to concentrate on the material. First class instructional. OSS!

Totally different approach
Dismantling And Passing The Half Guard: Half Guard Top by Professor Henry Akins
Very enlightening. A totally different approach to passing the half guard. Took it to rolling and it really works well. I keep coming back to this instructional as it’s a complete system. Every time something doesn’t work as expected, there’s an answer back here I had not yet internalized.
Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys: Positional Escapes by Bernardo Faria
Really good content and different applications. One of my favourite videos on escape.
Inside Camping
Systematically Attacking the Guard 3.0: Inside Camping by Gordon Ryan
A look at modern pressure passing using inside camping to cook and exhaust your opponent, while nullifying their ability to launch any effective attacks! Gordon masterfully breaks down the nuances that make his passing game so devastatingly effective against all types of guard games! Highly efficient, yet simple to implement into your existing passing game. Highly recommended!
Defending is more important than attacking!

Rody Lock: The Nick Rodriguez Body Lock System by Nick Rodriguez
Great instructions, easy to follow. I was able to start techniques immediately and start passing pretty consistently with people my level and below. And give a hard time to people slightly higher. Because of my age (46) passing a bunch of super athletic 20 year olds guard was ****. This definitely put me on an even playing field.

After hearing Danaher say in an interview his recommended progression through the fundamentals, I began with this course and intend to go through the rest of GFF (as a primarily gi player.) My first instructional!
Xanadu Back Takes: Elite Guard Retention, Berimbolo's and Xanadu Guard by Levi Jones-Leary
This is filled with important information that can really elevate your game. My guard immediately improved after the initial watch. It was just a couple little things, but they were very important and now anyone that is similar rank and size is not passing me. My de la riva and reverse de la riva also immediately improved. Great little details that you can only get from a master like Levi. Also, I love that the sections are typically 5 mins or less; whole instructional is around 2 hours. I don't need a 20-minute history lesson, just concise instructions, so I can start learning and implementing. I got this for 47% off but would gladly pay full price for what I have learned.
Capoeira-Based Conditioning
The Cobrinha CapoFit Workout For Grappling by Rubens "Cobrinha" Charles
I really enjoy the warm-up and Workout 2. I play the follow-along whenever I want to improve my conditioning. It’s something I’ll keep as a permanent part of my training.
Nice
