Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Flower sweep reinvented!
The Flower Sweep Basics To Advanced by Ante Dzolic
Professor Ante Dzolic put together a great series about the flower sweep with crucial details that helped me to make it work. Especially the section about timing and the variation against bigger and stronger guys elevated my sweeping percentage! He also opened my eyes about the great set up value of this sweep out of closed guard! Higjly recommend!
Great resource on attacking the back
The Foundations of Back Control by Ante Dzolic
As someone that hasn't developed a system to attacking the back I found this instructional extremely helpful. I knew different types of chokes/submissions from the back before, but I didn't have a system or a reason to use say a bow and arrow choke instead of a RNC. This instructional breaks it all down when and why to use one over the other. Lots of trouble shooting, solutions to everything your opponent might do to counter and every position I could think of covered. Highly recommend

Highly recommended tutorial on the Darce choke
Welcome To The Darce-Side by Travis moore
Great Instructional! First the basics are explained, then Travis shows how to use the Darce from different positions (stand, mount, half guard, etc). Three quarters of the instructional is No Gi, one quarter is Gi. Travis explanations are excellent and easy to understand. Each technique is shown from different angles/perspectives so you can see everything well. I found the video very helpful and was able to integrate the Darce into my game immediately.

Side Control Bottom Mastery
Side Control Escapes: Basics To Advanced Concepts by Andre Galvao
Survive - defend - escape - attack. Andre Galvao developed a great instruction about how to behave and act when you are in side control bottom. He offers an excellent breakdown of all different kinds of side control. Based on that you will get specific sets of techniques for each kind of side control and each stage of progress of beeing in side control and getting attacked. You get escapes and guard retention and escapes straight into submussion attacks. A. G. explains with great detail and easy to follow. He provides a great understanding of jiu jitsu overall explained via side control top and bottom for self defense and sport! Highly recommend!!!
Everything from combat base is pure gold
Guide To Not Pulling Guard by Alan Shebaro
This one makes no exception. The takedowns are not “clean” as in judo instructional, but perfect for bjj
Great instructional
Catch Wrestling Submissions Systems by Sam Kressin
This had some really unique concepts and techniques. Well worth buying.
You get ehat he did!
Gangster Grappling by Chael Sonnen
C. S. did a great job to unlock his game started by passing right away from the takedown by making sure that you get the over/under. Going further into some front headlock attacks. Continued by defending the guillotine when finishing/securing the takedown. You get his further combinations attacking via takedown and continue to submit or directly aztscking the submission frontal or after chasing the back standing! His teaching is straight to the point by not missing any do or don't and why with a lot of jokes! Recommend!!
Great to know what to look for
Closed Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
This series has been very useful to understand what one is supposed to look for and do when in the guard, instead of haphazardly trying to attack from a neutral position. The content is well organised, making it easy to come back to the sections at a later time.

Great to watch, less so to re-watch
Passing the Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
The content is excellent and the first watching was extremely informative. However, the materials could have been laid out in a more organised fashion with better-named timestamps: every time I come back to this series looking for a specific detail, it makes me want to strangle myself with my own gi.
Short but great
The Triangle Machine by Craig Jones

Josh Barnett
Championship Catch Wrestling: The Toe Hold by Josh Barnett
Brutal. Totalmente recomendable.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Very applicable for 40+ guy snd girls too
The Leg Pin Passing System by Kade & Tye Ruotolo
This two brothers developed a whole pre-passing/passing system focused on not getting entagled. Keeping getting and keeping connection between your hands with your oppinent's shins. Always moving sideways. Forcing the leg pin with 2 on 1 either with your arms and/or your legs. Or forcing the sideswitch by that. Lower your level to increase your base. Force him to give you reactions you can work with. To pass on your terms or submitt. It is a way less related on speed than I thouhgt! Highly recommend for 40+ too!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great
