Understanding The Distance From Guard by Gui Mendes
This is a fantastic video. It is short but provides an overview of a full system with great insights. For example, I always had difficulties with the arm bar from closed guard, GUI suggests a belly-down version which is easier to pull off
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:C.J.
Master The Triangles by Karel "Silver Fox" Pravec
The Silver Fox shows you there are more sides to a triangle than three. I tend to select videos with older instructors because you get a lot of conceptual golden nuggets that they drop here and there in the content. Reinforces the solid foundational concepts compared to mimic this move in this situation.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Excellent Instructional video!

The Gregorian Lapel Submissions System by Greg Hamilton
I see it as a game changer because you really dont see the subs coming and I would recommend watching the series several times to see the common things to do and to even prevent your training partner from escaping these tight subs

The guard Retention Anthology: Around and Under by Lachlan Giles & Ariel Tabak
An unreal amount of content for the price
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Most Well Rounded Guard Instructional
One of the only guard instructional that goes over (in depth) posture as it relates to grappling overall, not just bjj. If you don't already wrestle from bottom, you need this desperately and even if you do it will help with the details.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Comprehensive overview
Systematically Attacking the Guard Body Lock Study by Gordon Ryan
Most people view the bodylock pass in a narrow light, but here Gordon expands upon the bodylock idea by connecting it to side bodylock, tight waist passing, and double over passing in a way that will significantly improve an already established bodylockers game

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:I really liked the content
No Gi Open Guard Volume 3: RDLR & Leg Entanglements by Lachlan Giles
I really liked the content in this video, it does build off the rest of the series in some ways but it is still OK and pretty useful on its own. I ended up buying all 3 though in the end.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:The Deep De La Riva Guard
The Deep De La Riva Guard by Nicholas Meregali
Hands down one of the best Deep De La Riva instructionals out there if you want to hone your skill on this type of guard. Nicholas' approach into teaching his favorite techniques is slightly different from the other materials out there regarding this topic.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Excellent and creative leg attacks from the top
Excellent range of unconventional leg attacks when attacking the guard that often your guard playing opponent is not expecting. Very well presented with numerous replays and angles shown as well as trouble shooting and useful recap section at the end of each video. Great buy!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Gordon does a great job
Systematically Attacking The Guard by Gordon Ryan

Passing the Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
I have most of Danaher’s Go Further series, this is the one I keep coming back to. Honestly I’m going down a knee slice rabbit hole that doesn’t seem to end. Super fun!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Rolling Joints with Uncle Jeff
Joint And Limb Lessons With Uncle Jeff by Jeff Glover
This is a great vid for both newbies and vets. Lots of grip and control options for subs often overlooked by us small dudes. There is alot of info here and Jeff's awesome at keeping the lessons cool and laid back. I will definitely be picking up more instructional vids in the future.

Been able to implement the principles of this instructional and they work like a charm! Been frustrating a few people when I turtle up. Great stuff!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Another excellent product from Pavel
Kettlebell StrongFirst by Pavel Tsatsouline
I have been reading Pavel's material for 20 years or so and put off paying for this for a while. After taking the plunge I have to say I am very happy with the material. The combination of video and reading material is good. The explanations are clear as you would expect from Pavel. The program makes sense for those of us who have other physical pursuits outside of lifting kettlebells. The programs are simple and effective. They leave you feeling stronger at the end and not worn down. My shoulders are feeling mobile and strong. The missing star is I would have liked more in the reading material, but I do appreciate that is personal preference. Overall I am very happy with the program.
very well structured and well taught
The Total Technical Guide To Underhook Offense by Kyle Cerminara
Kyle is a very good teacher. The video is structured very well and it's clear a lot of thought went into development. The techniques build on each other. I like that Kyle shows entries into underhook up front and then continues to enter each technique using one of the entry drills.
