C.J.
Coach John Frankl is not a World Champion but he is a World Class instructor and Coach! The Jiu-Jitsu wisdom he shares, transcends all specific videos, is worth the price. (His jiu-jitsu pedigree started with Rickson Gracie.)The course covers material that is effective at a Craig Jones Invitational, ADCC, and where most people will use it, their gym! It is not an attribute based instructional that lists a 99 step algorithm to memorize for a specific circumstance and will work provided your TRT is working. You learn how to feel if the technique is working or not! He teaches in a way that teaches you to coach yourself. Highly recommended!

This series has been a big part of my life for several months. It is taking me a long time to digest it but I really appreciate Craig's overall philosophy of grappling and all the techniques. You need to study someone from the DDS, and Craig is probably the most personable and articulate and funny of them all.
