Level up your no gi game
The No Gi Darce, Peruvian, and Japanese Neck Tie Manual by Alex Humen
Incredible nogi choke series that will level up your submission game. I love the details Oleksander provides on setups and finishes for these subs, especially his Darce. Start practicing your Darce the way he shows it in this instructional and I guarantee you will be subbing everyone in your gym from all angles. I cannot recommend this instructional enough!

Fast Track BJJ: Jiu Jitsu for Old Guys - Half Guard System by Bernardo Faria
The Fast Track format is a game changer. Under an hour total means I actually finished it and keep coming back to specific chapters right before rolling. That kind of targeted review has done more for my retention than rewatching hour-long videos ever did. The system itself is complete and logical: knee shield to single leg half guard to deep half, with a clear decision tree for each reaction your opponent gives you. Bernardo's emphasis on timing and positioning over athleticism makes it ideal for older grapplers who want a game that holds up long term. Highly recommended.
Super good and comprehensive
The Reverse De La Riva System by Mikey Musumeci
Covers a logical tree of the different scenarios between being able to sweep, attack and taking the back, and the options within. Simple to understand when to do what and how to chain them together in reality. Mikey is very clear in how you explains the key details of each move and when to use it.

Henry is Always Thinking About Best Practices
Unpinnable by Professor Henry Akins
I really loved this instructional. 1. Because Henry is the real deal and is always focussed on concepts, not 1,000 techniques. 2. Because his advice fits in very well with this trend of focussing on what older dudes can use. Conceptually this fits in very well with Pritt Mihkelson's Defensive BJJ, Eduardo Telles's Turtle Guard, and as Henry mentions, Craig Jones's Octopus Guard. The idea of remaining safe and not getting crushed, rather than fighting to retain guard has brought a very methodological approach to staying safe on the mats for older grapplers. Highly recommend this instructional.
