The Pendejo Guard by Craig Jones
More of a look into work in progress than a finished product, but this on its own makes it interesting to some extent. Particular question which I would have as a beginner is what prevents the opponent from blasting through with a knee slide , but perhaps it's addressed later in the insctructional.

Total Body Concepts For Controlling The Fight by Fabio Leopoldo
This instructional (GI) by Fabio Leopoldo teaches concepts he has learned during his BJJ journey and focuses on the dynamic placement/movement of his body in response to his opponent with the aim to maintain effective control. The concepts include utilizing your whole body, rather than an overreliance on your arms; dynamically utilising advantageous angles to the opponent; and how to use your hips in ways to connect and create more power and pressure. After an overview, the instructional teaches Fabio Leopoldo’s concepts applied to the closed guard (bottom), back (top), turtle (top), side control (top), knee on belly (top), and full mount (top). The approach in this instructional is to discuss and show how the concepts are applied to a particular position to maintain control and then Fabio teaches a number of attacking techniques. The attacking techniques are simple, effective and easy to recall e.g., collar choke, arm triangles, americanas, kimuras, armbars, etc. Additionally, several drills are included. The instructional is 1 hour and 56 minutes long. Fabio teaches and demonstrates clearly. As is the norm demonstrations are repeated several times from different angles. The video quality is good with the normal limitations of a fixed position for the camera. The sound recording is good, however there is the occasional siren or car noise in the background. I can recommend this instructional for GI players. For me Fabio’s concepts have been helpful. For example, a couple of tweaks to closed guard collar choke and entering an armbar have really improved my ability to reliably submit people from closed guard. Similarly, my chokes from back control have been improved. There is lots to think about and learn from this instructional. It is the sort of instructional you will likely watch more than once.
Response from BJJ FanaticsThanks so much for your review! :hugging:A masterclass
