This instructional is so good and Danaher is such a good teacher. The way he breaks things down and gives you something to focus on is great.
Great instructional!!
Modernized Headquarters Passing by Shawn Melanson
I came here after watching Shawns run in PGF. His style is practical, entertaining and applicable to multiple domains (MMA, Sport, other). He is clear and and has concise, no frills instruction. A must have for every guard passer and top player.

BJJ for Self Defense
Practical Jiu Jitsu 1: From Punches And Tackles to Drunk Uncles and Handguns by Michael Heinz
Michael Heinz is an SBG instructor. What separates his school from many others is the self-defense aspect that's embedded in the curriculum. Most BJJ techniques only work in sport. And that's fine if you only want to play sports. But the SBG curriculum demands that the fundamentals work in both sport and non-sport, and both gi and no-gi. This demand inherently simplifies the art, makes it more effective in a broader range of scenarios, and makes it easier to learn. In other words, the SBG curriculum that is presented here is one of the most broadly applicable, universal, and robust sets of techniques and concepts that you can possibly find. I feel that other sports oriented schools are overly complex and their teachings will break down during the pressures of a real world fight. This is an excellent course.

Excellent info
Some goodies, but mostly "imposter syndrome relief"
Rod Man Out: No Gi Grappling Escapes by Jay Rodriguez
fairly basic blue belt/whitebelt things.. BUT, there are some subtle goodies that I think make this a good buy. Honestly though, the best value with this is just validation that the basics you learned and drilled at whitebelt WORK. Trust the fundamentals and get the reps in. Its not magic, its just time in the fire.

Takedowns For The Rest of Us by Michael Heinz
The communication of the instruction is excellent and thought out! Techniques are useless without good communication. The title is accurate! If you put the time into learning these takedowns they will work. I cross train at a few competitive gyms with younger, athletic members and implement these takedowns. The concepts that get taught in conjunction with this techniques is worth the price of the instructional. Another value added feature is the instruction of how to train. It will save you having to purchase a video on how to train to become the next ADCC champion. Also, the techniques have been field tested and vetted by a high lever wrestler and wrestling coach!
Carlson gracie bjj. OSS!
Fast Track BJJ: Jiu-Jitsu for Old Guys Pressure Passing System by Bernardo Faria
Overall, 10 out 10 , only issue, is that the prices on some of the high level videos are to expensive, for some of us who have to pay more for training , however thank you professors for all that, you do to give us good training OSS?
does it again

Increased my calf slicer finishes 10 fold
Slicin' Calves by Mikey Musumeci
This is a short but very applicable instructional. Even just watching a few concepts increased my calf slicer finishes 10 fold easily. There might only be 3 to 5 entries and finishes, but they are all high percentage and immediately applicable. It's added a whole new dimension to my leg lock game. The calf slicer really thows people off guard and is a great way to finish or sweep your opponent. Don't hesitate on purchasing this instructional.

I believe that leg riding with ground and pound is the best, safest way to fight. It takes away all your opponents options and lets you beat on them with impunity. I have been waiting for a good instructional on this subject for years. It is finally here. This is the grappling instructional I have been waiting for. 10/10.
