This Instructional Greatly Improved My Game

This is a short but very informational instructional. All the techniques are immediately applicable and high percentage. It really changed my game and made my crucifix and by proxy back attacks/finishes more dangerous. You don't need a lot of techniques, just a few that work and that's what's in this instructional. Highly recommended.

Kimura: Enter The System by John Danaher
Danaher explains everything thoroughly and clearly. My teammates know me as the guy who goes for all kinds of kimuras now (occasionally finishing them). Before this video, I never hit them at all and didn't even realize how versatile the entire system of kimitas truly are. This was the first instructional I purchased. Since then I've bought several more. I talked with my coaches about the content and showed some of the techniques I learned and they said it was solid.

In this instructional, Craig challenges the traditional point-scoring criteria with a different hierarchy of control positions. While these many positions aren't traditionally scoring, they are proven to be more dominant in plummeting your opponent's ability to move/attack and concurrently skyrocketing your ability to control, attack, and exhaust your opponent. Having high school wrestling roots, I have instinctually found myself in similar positions while rolling where I was able to have so much control without scoring. I didn't pay too much attention to them until coming across this instructional, which confirmed the significance in my glimpses of discovery, and drove it to its farthest extent. Can't recommend this instructional enough!
